The workspace is not responding as expected#

    Save first

    Save the project if the control still responds.

    Reload the page

    A reload clears many temporary browser or display states.

    Use a current browser

    Try the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

    Check extensions

    Temporarily disable extensions that block scripts or page content.

Snapping feels inaccurate#

Zoom in, confirm snapping is enabled, and remove unused guides. When several edges are close, approach the target from a clearer direction.

Saving or export is locked#

Check your access under Profile or Billing. The trial lets you explore the tools; persistent saving and production exports unlock after successful payment.
